Agent forwards copy of contract to us for review.

Pre-purchase inspections are carried out.

Meet to sign contract and pay part deposit to agent.

Contracts are exchanged.

Cooling off period of 5 business days.

Balance of deposit paid to agent.

Meet with bank/broker to sign mortgage documents.

Contact agent for final inspection of the property.

Settlement takes place.
